Provide home office based on employee, not based on a single rigid inflexible company rule. Evaluate people based on work performance, not on "nose factors". Provide better ergonomic chairs - your employees have to sit on them for long hours!

There is a bavarian saying: "not scolded is enough praise". Once a year, feedback is provided perfunctorily (quality of said feedback is obviously very dependent on the executive/superior, but since most careers are purely professional...)

basically ok, much better with home office, but now management decided that people can only work satisfactorily together when they are in the same room with everyone else (who is working on totally different tasks).

Open plan offices for most employees, home office/remote work limited to max 40% even if all tasks could be done from remote. "Silence boxes" for "focused work" - basically never available, always occupied.
No ergonomic desk chairs! Adjustable height desks not standard, not provided for all employees.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Officially, the company want to lower emissions etc etc - in reality, no one really cares, especially locally (still use plastic one-way coffee mugs in campus cafe, insist that all employees are physically present,...)
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Good salary, though not always connected to work performance. Raises basically cannot be negotiated at all.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Careers are possible if one "knows the right people"; some luck is needed as well.
