The good team is the first (but not the only) benefit: it's really great, everybody is helpful and nice. Some employees are working more than 5-7 or even 10 year, so they are really experts in their fields.
Other oportunity is a wide stack of technologies to learn and work with.
I cannot evaluate right now the working conditions because of the Corona, but the office is nice and modern, although not in the center of the city.
In normal times after probation period, employeer could provide you a business phone, and later a car for business trips.
In a nutshell employeer is trying to be modern and catch all the market trends, so it's very admirably.
