Some colleagues have had to leave the company (against their will). I get the feeling that a ‘hire and fire’ philosophy (as is sometimes the case in the US) is being practised here.
Some colleagues (managers as well) display rather toxic behaviour.

In my opinion, our external image is good thanks to our marketing and a strong sales team, but internally there are some colleagues and teams who are quite critical of that image

I’m not sure if this applies to all teams, but neither I nor anyone in my immediate circle has had any training in the last 2–3 years.

Working remotely can be incredibly difficult at times, as the room acoustics can sometimes be dreadful.
In the office itself, however, everything is modern and in good condition, as the company moved into a new building in 2026.
But for a company that relies heavily on remote working, the poor room acoustics are a no-go.
Kommunikation
Everyone knows something, but no one knows everything. In some cases, conclusions are drawn too quickly on the basis of individual statements (according to the saying, ‘whoever shouts the loudest gets it first’).
Slack is generally fine as a communication tool, but it has that classic social media ‘fame/influence’ vibe (what I personally just don’t like particularly)
Gehalt/Benefits
Starting salaries are predominantly good, although salary progression and a direct comparison with other colleagues is not really transparent.
Interessante Aufgaben
There’s plenty to do, plenty of topics you can ‘simply’ take on. You certainly have the opportunity to do everything, provided you want to (though this does have its downsides, as some important tasks end up being left undone).
