Sehr transparent.
100%
Pretty much nothing. Left the company after a couple of months
Again, read above
This would turn into a multiple pages text so just read the things I stated above
Not ideal at all. Given the legacy and the questionable state of the techstack, it's no wonder that barely anyone is really enjoying working on it. The scattered setup of the teams in tiny single offices across two separate buildings is not helping. Also, you barely find talented and motivated people at InterNations unfortunately, so don't expect to learn a lot unless you're just starting your career. If you look for a challenge and personal development, keep looking.
Not the best, a lot of poor user ratings
Great. No overhours
none
As said before, either quite good or extremely poor. No monetary benefits. Always on time.
Not existent
Colleagues were quite nice, at least in Product and Development. You don't really get in touch with other departments so everyone pretty much stays within their field.
Your age doesnt make a difference in how you're treated.
My superior was great, although I know that that was a lucky exception.
One of the worst parts. The office situation is literally horrible and for what ever reason, they decided not to change it. When I was there, the company was planning to relocate but last minute decided against it. I get that Munich is expensive, but these offices are actually so bad that I couldn't wait to get out of there. Tiny, dark single offices! 4 people crunched into 15qm. Outdated, crappy laptops, poor monitors. Bad! No place to relax, nothing nice or beautiful, coffemachines from 1997 that are constantly broken, no goodies, nothing
None, literally. Especially not from management.
Most important positions are filled with men, don't expect to make a career here.
Boring ideas, complicated and talk-intensive meetings, the exact opposite of innovative and agile!
the teamamd the general environment will be the best I will ever experience. everyone is welcoming and helpful, truly international and they all bring something new to the table due to their diverse experiences
it prefers hirinf external candidates instead of promoting and supporting its own employees. there are leads with no experience or expertise or willingness to change. feedback about a superior is not followed through.
the company should support its employees more and help them develop by promoting when possible. it should also work more on transparency and listen to feedback from employees about the direction it's going into.
Very friendly people, feels like a family rather than a job
it generally has a good image. it's a startup and it's trying to also present a fresh product that can't be found anywhere else while also maintaining its focus on being local
there is unfortunately no way to go up as the company prefers hiring external candidates instead of promoting their own so within 2 years you hit a wall
salaries are always paid on time and quite fair taking the Munich market into account. they have a pension plan in place and a great deal with a bank for their employees. however there are no bonuses or any other benefits.
we try to recycle and reduce waste however we can
the team ia fairly young, however it's just as easy to work even with older colleagues
some leads do not even have any experience or expertise, not willingness to do anything. lack of transparency is also a big problem, as well as your career path (as there's nowhere to go)
the company tries really hard to improve everything from a technical perspective and is now even going into a full makeover. the only problem would be the temperatures in summer inside the offices
Not the most transparent management, communication top to bottom rarely happens
the workload is evenly distributed however, you can't truly influence anything outside your team (sometimes not even there)
location, internationality, liberty to undertake projects and testing environment
mentioned above
Increase salary :) Like twice. Munich is expensive!!!! The salary does not correspond to the averages at other companies. Hire more instead of using interns for 400 euros/m.
zu viel Routinearbeit
schlechte Kommunikation
schlechter Lohn
sehr geteilt
great team, interesting tasks, cool events

great people, interesting tasks
- Great team
- Interesting tasks
- Understanding management
- Open communication
- The team is spread between 2 buildings, so people in one building not always know people working in the second one.
- The internship salary is way too low for Munich
I think finding an office in a better neighborhood, which is of course not easy in Munich, would be a good idea.
Everyone is very friendly and always ready to help
Majority of employees believe in what they are doing and use the services of the company themselves.
Management is very understanding in this sense. The planning in advance of the vacation is needed of course, but even a short-notice vacations are often approved. Never a problem if an employee being a bit late or have to go a bit early. Management trusts employee's judgement in how to better use the time in order to get work done.
Some of the interns stay with the company as trainees or at junior positions. However, it mostly depends on the timing of the internship.
Internship salary is very low, considering that Munich is a very expensive city.
Great and very international team with a lot of interesting people
The team is very young, so not a lot of older colleagues in there.
It gets a bit crowded in some offices, but it got much better since the move to a second building. The neighborhood is quite scary to walk alone in the evening.
Interns are integral part of the team. No difference in communication between an intern and a full-timer.
Great opportunity for interns to perform various tasks and take part in different projects.
dynamic, interesting, importnant and valuable product.
nothing that can hinder work process, only minor things.
Of course there's a lot of work as in any start up, but nobody stays at work till midnight, it's never encouraged. The team often organises fun get togethers and offsite activities.
since the company is relatively small, there's not that much space to step up the ladder. However, regular trainings and learning sessions are organized to cater specific learning and professional needs of the staff.
Average salary (for Munich) with some nice extra perks included.
Awesome, international, young, fun and smart colleagues.
The top management is open to feedback, approachable and listens to good ideas from the staff
Communication level depends on the team, but in general there are many opporunities to exchange
The things have changed drastically in the last year and the company became quite progressive with a lot of interesting porjects for everybody to get involved in.
So verdient kununu Geld.
