Company organize different events, but that would be nice to have more cross-department activities to make people share what are they working on, and increase understanding of your colleague business)
Work-Life-Balance
company really interested in work-life balance of it's workers thus there is no urgent/asap/immediately emails at 9 pm that you have to immediately react on, at leat i haven't seen so far)
