A colleague had to leave because our agile lead did not like him. He was very experienced in his field but brought to ioki under false claims. He could not do his job because the project is sort of a mess and when this guy criticized that he had to leave. Management knew, that the agile lead is not capable of running a team but did nothing about it. The lead could just claim that he did not fit the position and nobody even bothered to investigate. I am planning to leave myself, actually the whole team is.

thank you for your review. At ioki, we place a lot of value on giving a lot of feedback during the probationary period and seeing whether expectations are met on both sides. For this purpose, there is a feedback meeting after 3 months in which you share your opinion and observations with the agile lead. The employee and the lead are honest with each other and openly discuss things that are not going so well or are going very well.
If there is a termination during the probationary period, a lot of discussions were held and other peers were also included so that we could hear several opinions in order to be able to make a decision on the termination of the employment relationship.
We regret that you are thinking of leaving ioki, we would be happy to talk openly here about what we should do differently so that you have a better feeling at work and put aside your thoughts of changing jobs.
