A thing that has crossed my mind is on the topic of diversity. I believe the company could potentially benefit from expanding its hiring practices to reach a more international pool of candidates, career-switchers, people with distinct backgrounds, etc. This may be one way to keep up with the competitive software market in our globalized world.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The atmosphere is generally very relaxed. Everyone is held to a professional standard and there is a lot of trust and freedom. Everyone is friendly and ready to support.
Image
The image and impressions of the company are great. The thing I would improve here is the reach that the company has to people, and just generally how much it puts itself out there.
Work-Life-Balance
There is freedom to structure one's day as they wish to respond to their personal needs, naturally within acceptable bounds. Rest and well-being are held high.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Generally a good outlook on environmental and social awareness. The one thing that could be looked at is the size of the office compared to the number of employees. It is a big office compared to the number of employees in it at the same time.

Be it good or bad news, it seems that these things are communicated in a good way at all times.
Gleichberechtigung
When it comes to equality in the workplace upon getting hired, higher ups and employees treat everyone with respect and do not hinder career advancement based on any personal characteristic. Everyone feels welcome.
