Salary is on the lower level, and does not reflect the tasks and workload. No foreseeable career growth, no raises although it was communicated during the hiring process. Not a lot of benefits, not very international, not an English first company, no ability to work outside the EU. Some mentorship for career development would be nice.

Thanks for your feedback – and for still being part of the journey. We take that as a good sign!

We’re growing fast and learning along the way. Not everything’s perfect (yet), but the good thing is: we know. We’ve started working on many of the points you mentioned. From fairer structures to broader development opportunities.

As for language: English is our company standard. All internal communication and town halls run in English. But with 50+ nationalities, it’s only natural that not every hallway chat sounds the same. And that’s part of the beauty and what makes us IONITY.
