We hear you on the desk booking system and understand how it can feel like it reduces that sense of personal workspace. What we've found is that our desk booking system actually helps foster exchange and networking between teams, reducing silo thinking and encouraging cross-departmental collaboration. That said, we recognize there's always room to improve how we balance flexibility with team cohesion.

Your points about communication with remote staff and leadership consistency are valuable insights we're actively working on. We want everyone to feel included in key discussions, regardless of where they're working from.

It’s also great to know that you found the atmosphere and tasks engaging and noticed internal promotions taking place.

We take your feedback on internal communication seriously. While we are working on improving how information is shared across the company, we understand your point that communication can sometimes feel too high-level and would benefit from more substance and clarity.

Regarding the working students, we also want to address your comment about them being excluded from a company event. This was not intended as a reflection of their value or contribution. In that specific case, the event had limited capacity and a predefined participant group, which unfortunately meant we couldn’t include everyone.

Das Thema Frauen in Führungspositionen ist ein Thema, das uns sehr am Herzen liegt. Wir sind uns bewusst, dass wir ein Entwicklungsfeld haben. Vielfalt in Führungspositionen nicht nur ein Zeichen von Gleichberechtigung ist, sondern auch zu nachhaltigeren Entscheidungen und einer inklusiveren Unternehmenskultur führt. Wir arbeiten derzeit aktiv daran, wie wir in Zukunft Frauen in unserem Unternehmen fördern und unterstützen können, um ihre Karriereentwicklung voranzutreiben. Dies beinhaltet unter anderem die Überprüfung unserer Rekrutierungsprozesses sowie die konsequentere Umsetzung von Förderprogrammen, wie z. B. Mentoring.

Deine weiteren Anmerkungen zur Kommunikation, zum Umweltbewusstsein und zu den Arbeitsbedingungen sind ebenfalls sehr wertvoll für uns. Wir nehmen dein Feedback ernst und werden es nutzen, um uns kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
