The office refurbishment was a great idea. Perhaps allow a budget for staff to get plants etc to personalize their working spaces?
Gehalt/Benefits
My role was a little limited, however the company do offer opportunities to learn in other departments and assist in personal development. If I had stayed longer I do not doubt I would have been given these opportunities also.
