I would wish for a top management that knows or is at least more aware of how to build good software products as the potential is huge. This includes proper management and communication skills, feedback culture, proper architectural decisions on technical level, follow industry standards when it comes to specification and development.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The atmosphere in the teams was always great and feedback has been accepted and picked up. Certain individuals from top management brought frightened atmosphere into meetings and critical feedback was not welcomed.

Middle management did a great job. I always felt heard. Top management was sometimes very rude when under pressure. Furthermore it felt like there is a lack of technical knowledge among the top management. To me it felt like it is not very well known how to professionally build software products among top management. This lead to several discussions where the whole picture was not seen and eventually wrong decisions have been made.

Modern offices and good equipment.
Kommunikation
Communication inside the teams and knowledge sharing worked very well. Top level communication about strategic changes felt sometimes intransparent.

The job was never boring. You have a lot of freedom if you are willing to shape and learn.
