Since there are many foreigners working in this company, the sense of diversification and cooperation is very high and motivating.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
They decide and just ask you to do it. Never get a chance to be part of any decision.
Kommunikation
This is the worst part of the company. The managers always decide what you need to follow. If you are the new grat would be good for beginners but staying there for long is not an option.
Gleichberechtigung
In the case of salary. The salary gap between the managers and normal employees is high. There is not any work council.
Interessante Aufgaben
Even if you don't like the tasks, the managers make sure to make them even less interesting for you.
