Suggestions for improvement
Saving potentials through task-sharing is still there and you need an IT department that creates the possibility with foresight by all workstations being equipped in the same way.

Of course, it always depends on the department. I am very happy to be part of a great department that is very familiar.

More transparency, rethink work processes from time to time

Pleasant, office with 2-3 colleagues. Help is provided in stressful situations. Project work very well clocked.

There is trust working time, so you are responsible for keeping your work-life balance under control. In stressful phases, overtime is welcome, but you have to look to reduce it yourself.

Partly - there are colleagues who are high or valued because of their experience and long-term affiliation, but unfortunate who only feel that they are being pulled along. But it also depends on the employees themselves.

Great among colleagues - although the company is huge, everyone helps each other. It doesn't matter if you knew the colleague before.
The executives are very different. There are clear hierarchies and sometimes the distribution of information "below" seems a bit sluggish.

So what you get here just by the way is not to be despised. Inflation compensation, profit sharing, Christmas bonus, etc.

It is built what is big. When finds everything from systematic construction (like Lego only in large) to individual tasks. It depends a lot on the department you belong to.

What I like about the employer
I found J&F is very nice place to work as I have full support of my team and management in my work. And also we get many training sessions for free to improvise our skills. My team is very good and supportive. I have work life balance and flexible working.
