At Nespresso BELUX, we are looking for a B2B Product Lead to manage and grow our portfolio of coffee, machines, accessories and services across the B2B channels.

As B2B Product Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our B2B business by working closely with Marketing, Commercial, Data & Insights, Operations and HQ teams to deliver impactful product strategies and activation plans that drive business performance.

A day in the life of a B2B Product Lead

• Own and manage the B2B coffee, machines, accessories and services portfolio across the BELUX market;
• Execute product strategies and commercial value propositions, including new product and service launches;
• Analyze portfolio performance, market trends and competitive developments to identify growth opportunities;
• Lead the planning and execution of global and local product launches, activations and promotional campaigns;
• Support the development of commercial strategies together with B2B Account Managers and key stakeholders;
• Develop communication assets, activation materials and sales support tools for commercial teams;
• Support forecasting activities and monitor launch performance through pre- and post-evaluation analysis;
• Generate strategic recommendations through market insights, data analysis and consumer research;
• Contribute to annual planning cycles, activation roadmaps and budget management;
• Manage cross-functional projects and stakeholder alignment to ensure flawless execution;
• Drive lead generation initiatives and support the development of the Small Business proposition in collaboration with local and HQ teams.

As B2B Product Lead, you report to the Product & Activation Manager and are part of the Marketing Department of Nespresso BELUX.

What will make you successful

• University degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Commercial Management or a related field;
• 5 to 7 years of experience in Product Management, Brand Management or a similar role;
• Experience in a commercially driven organization, preferably within a premium brand environment;
• Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations;
• Proven experience managing product portfolios and leading product launches;
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills;
• Experience with forecasting, performance analysis and market insights;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and budgets simultaneously;
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities;
• Fluency in English and either French or Dutch, with knowledge of both national languages considered a strong asset.
