About PREVOR

Hello, I'm Monika, I oversee the back-office activity for PREVOR in Germany. My mission is to manage our existing customer base by ensuring the renewal of orders for our products and working closely with field sales representatives and trainers to grow our sales revenue.

I'm currently looking for Sales and Customer Support Specialist (Back Office) that will become my deputy (full time position – no home office).

First, let me introduce you to PREVOR:

PREVOR is a French group with a global focus, specializing in the design, production, and distribution of medical devices for human decontamination, as well as environmental decontamination solutions. For over 50 years, we have been delving into the fields of chemistry, biology, and human physiology to understand the essence of toxicology, aiming to provide our customers with products to combat chemical risks.

Our flagship product, Diphoterine, can stop chemical burns within seconds. PREVOR sells its products in 48 countries through distributors and, through dedicated local commercial structures.

Prevor Gmbh is a subsidiary of the Prevor Group, which serves over 3,000 customers throughout Germany. Our team (around ten people) consists of: Sales representatives on the field, back office, trainers, sales administration.

 

Our customers come from a wide range of industries: chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, food, cosmetics, etc. Our contacts within companies include occupational physicians, safety engineers, health, safety and environment managers and firefighters.

Here's the mission I'm proposing:

  • Secure renewals and expand business with existing customers.

  • Coordinate customer training to maximize product usage and safety.

  • Collaborate with sales and training teams for a unified customer experience.

  • Actively listen and provide top-tier technical product support.

  • Invite prospects/customers to events: trade shows, inter-company training courses, etc.

Your profile:

  • You have proven track record in customer retention and upselling (3 to 5 years' experience).

  • You know how to listen, negotiate, and build customer loyalty.

  • You are organized and able to work on several projects as part of a team.

  • You are a native German speaker, fluent in English (French is a plus).

  • A knowledge or taste for chemistry will help you in your mission.
