  • Recommend content hierarchy, visual approach, and messaging direction based on project requirements and brand guidelines.
  • Refine lengthy market-provided promotional content into concise, consumer-relevant headlines and key messages.
  • Ensure messaging supports effective customer communication while maintaining approved offers and claims.
  • Conduct comprehensive content reviews prior to submission.
  • Verify content accuracy, consistency, completeness, and brand compliance.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies, errors, and quality issues.
  • Prepare agency order forms, execution briefs, and project summaries.
  • Document recommended headlines, supporting messages, content hierarchy, and execution instructions.
  • Coordinate approval workflows with stakeholders and incorporate feedback until final sign-off.
  • Distribute approved briefs to partner agencies such as Hogarth, Liganova, and local agencies.
  • Ensure agencies receive complete requirements, assets, references, and brand guidelines.
