Business Development & Project Sales Manager - Data Centers (m/f/d)

We’re looking for support in the field of international project sales for our field sales team, to start as soon as possible.

• Develop and expand our international business with a strong focus on data center construction projects
• Identify and acquire international data center projects requiring high-performance steel hinged doors
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, investors, architects, consulting engineers and general contractors
• Utilize and further develop your professional network to identify new business opportunities and upcoming projects
• Follow up on quotations, technical proposals and project specifications
• Provide commercial and technical support in close collaboration with internal special departments and the project team
• Coordinate projects till contract award
• Monitor market developments, competitor activities and identify opportunities to further grow our international project business

• Technical qualification through vocational training or a degree in engineering, construction, or a related field
• Experience in project sales or business development within the international construction industry
• Experience with data center construction projects or other mission-critical facilities is highly desirable
• An existing network within the data center ecosystem—including consultants, architects, developers, general contractors—is considered a strong advantage
• Strong commercial awareness combined with technical understanding
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and willing to travel internationally
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
