Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery, conveyors, and robotics
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments
- Work with 120, 208, and 480 VAC circuits
- Maintain conveyors, electronics, PLC hardware, and ladder logic
- Work with motor control circuitry (VFDs, soft starts, etc.)
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals
- Operate shop machines (lathe, milling machine, drill press, grinder, power saws, etc.) as needed
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime
- Adhere to all safety standards, PPE requirements, and LOTO procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Experience with preventive maintenance in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read schematics, equipment manuals, and work orders
- PLC troubleshooting experience preferred but not required
- Commitment to teamwork and safety
