AI Training & Adoption Specialist (m/f/d)

AROUNDTOWN Commercial Properties (ATCP) is the asset management platform for Aroundtown SA, the largest listed commercial real estate company in Germany. ATCP acts as owner representative thus managing, leasing and optimising the commercial real estate portfolio, which, in addition to typical office properties, also includes industrial, logistics and retail properties. • Design role-based curricula organised around how Aroundtown actually operates:
  • Asset managers — AI-augmented portfolio analysis, business plan updates, valuation support, disposal and acquisition workflows, market and tenant research.
  • Property managers — tenant communication at scale, work order triage, lease abstraction, service charge support, document handling. 
  • Leasing — lead qualification, tenant correspondence, market comparables, deal pipeline reporting. 
  • Finance and controlling — AI-assisted reconciliation, variance analysis, management reporting, forecast support, controls-aware automation. 
  • ESG reporting — data collection from heterogeneous sources, framework alignment (GRESB, CSRD, EU Taxonomy), narrative drafting, audit-ready documentation.
• Embed yourself in departments ahead of training: shadow real work, learn the systems they use, and build use cases from their actual files and processes — not generic demos. 
• Deliver training across formats — short power sessions, half-day workshops, full-day deep dives, and virtual webinars — calibrated to the role and seniority of the audience. 
• Build durable enablement assets — playbooks, prompt libraries, role-specific quick-reference guides, and self-service resources that outlast the session. 
• Run Train-the-Trainer programmes, shadow sessions, and co-facilitation to build a network of internal AI champions, especially in regional offices and operating teams
• Measure what matters: adoption, time saved, output quality. Iterate the curriculum based on what the data and the participants tell you.
• Translate AI safety, privacy, and compliance requirements into approachable, day-to-day guidance that people actually follow.

• Real estate workflow literacy (strongly preferred) — enough familiarity with how asset management, property management, leasing, finance, or ESG actually work that you can design training around real workflows from week one. If you don't bring this directly, you bring a clear track record of getting fluent in a complex operating environment fast.
• Training and facilitation craft — proven track record delivering live training to diverse audiences, from executives to operators. Comfortable with a room of 5 or 50.
• AI fluency — daily, advanced use of Claude and the Microsoft 365 Copilot suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). You can demonstrate convincingly, troubleshoot live, and explain why something works the way it does.
• Instructional design — grounded in adult learning principles. You design for behaviour change and workflow adoption, not slide count or knowledge transfer.
• Needs analysis — you ask good questions and listen carefully. You can translate a team's frustrations into a curriculum that addresses the real underlying need.
• Languages — full professional fluency in German and English; you deliver training and produce materials to a native-level standard in both.

Nice to have

• A degree in education, instructional design, organizational/business psychology, adult learning, or a related field. A real estate or business background combined with a strong training track record works equally well. 
• Experience building or moderating communities of practice or AI champion networks. 
• Hands-on experience building small AI agents or automated workflows (Power Automate, Copilot Studio, n8n, Make, or similar). 
• Familiarity with prototyping tools (Replit, Claude artifacts) — comfortable spinning up a quick proof-of-concept to illustrate a use case in a session. 
• Background in the real estate sector, ideally on the operating side.
