About the Position
As a New Business Sales Manager for Strategic Growth Fields, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new B2B clients, especially within cutting-edge areas such as Artificial Intelligence. Leveraging your expertise in solution selling, you will develop and present tailored solutions, skillfully negotiate contracts, and close deals that contribute significantly to our strategic objectives. This role demands a proactive approach to new customer acquisition, excellent presentation skills, and a strong command of CRM systems like Salesforce to manage your sales pipeline effectively.
Must-Have Skills
- Proven expertise in B2B new customer acquisition
- Experience in solution selling and building long-term customer relationships
- Strong negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) or related technologies
- Proficient use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management
- Confident presentation skills to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated closing strength in sales of complex solutions
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in Business Development
- Knowledge of developing sales strategies
- Understanding of future technologies such as Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, or Internet of Things (IoT)
- Proficient Mandarin language skills
