Role and Responsibilities

• Perform Intercompany Reconciliations – AP/AR and PL
• Perform Intercompany Discrepancy Analysis, identify the root cause, solve/escalate
• Ensure no KPI/SLA impact on ICP and PIT
• Balance upload in Surf as per the deadlines
• ARCS Reconciliation and Justifications
• Preparation and booking Accruals/Reclassification journals
• Query Management – SNOW and Email
• Organize Monthly operation meeting with Partners and represent for IG.
• Handle any additional ad-hoc assignments as needed.
• Perform Intercompany Invoice booking
• Perform PO creation and modification
• Perform Intercompany Reconciliation
• Preparation of Pre-INB and Final INB
• Provide Audit support by sharing the sample data and addressing the queries
• Preparation daily report like BOD report, EOD report etc.
