The Head of Sales is responsible for building, managing and leading a growing sales team in the DACH region.The right candidate (with our without previous management experience) will play a critical role in creating and executing a Private Sector Sales Segment (Team, Strategy, Systems & Process) to maximise SoSafe adoption within the market.

 

Tasks

Responsibilities

  • Drive, manage and execute the business and revenue of one of our sales teams in the DACH region

  • Hire, develop, coach and train a team of account executives

  • Educate the team on significant industry factors including competitive products, regulations, trends, customer needs, and pricing

  • Prepares forecasts, territory/industry management, and growth plans

  • Establish and reports on metrics to measure team performance and course correct where necessary

  • Supports quotation and proposal efforts to partners, prospects and customers

  • Ensures that the corporate team sales plan is aligned with and supports the overall revenue goal

Profile

Requirements

  • Demonstrated progressive sales management, selling software solutions in the DACH region

  • Demonstrated progressive experience as an individual contributor selling software solutions

  • Have a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets and measurable goals

  • Must be a skilled motivator with demonstrated ability to coach and develop account executives

  • Excellent management and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Demonstrated knowledge of different sales methodologies

  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce, Clari is highly desirable

  • Experience with partner recruitment, enablement and ongoing support
