The Role

Ensure the effective, controlled, and timely management of engineering, process, and product changes, guaranteeing proper internal evaluation, implementation, and formal approval with OEM customers, in compliance with APQP, PPAP, customer-specific requirements, and applicable automotive standards. Ensure adherence to core quality fundamentals at the Torreón plant.

What You’ll Do

• Support the engineering change management process (ECN/ECR) for product and process changes.
• Ensure proper documentation, evaluation, and implementation of changes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering, Production) for impact assessments.
• Assist in customer change approvals under APQP / PPAP methodology.
• Verify compliance with plant quality fundamentals.
• Support internal audits and documentation reviews.
• Maintain updated records and tracking systems related to changes.

• Full compliance with OEM customer requirements and automotive standards.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

• Active student of Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of:
  • Core Tools: APQP, PPAP
  • Quality systems: ISO 9001 / IATF 16949
• Basic Excel skills (preferred).
• Intermediate English (preferred).
