Digital Business Lead (m/f/d) - Digital Customer Acquisition
Berlin, Germany - Hybrid
At Sonova, we are redefining how people access hearing care. In this highly visible individual contributor role, you'll lead the development of a new digital customer acquisition platform, shaping strategy, product, processes, and technology from the ground up. You'll work across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and external partners to create a completely new way of connecting customers and hearing care providers.
What you'll do
- Lead the design and implementation of a new digital customer acquisition business model and platform
- Build the processes, governance, reporting frameworks, commercial logic, and measurement capabilities needed to operate a successful digital business at scale
- Drive complex cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and commercial teams
- Partner with development teams as Product Owner to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions
- Establish data, reporting, and performance measurement frameworks to support growth and decision-making
- Influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams around a shared vision and roadmap
What you'll bring
- 15+ years of experience in digital product management, digital business building, platform development, or related fields
- Proven success building products, platforms, business models, or operating structures from scratch
- Strong experience leading large-scale, cross-functional strategic programs
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, online customer acquisition, conversion optimization, UX, and MarTech ecosystems
- Track record of driving execution in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse teams
- Fluent English and strong German language skills
