As a Regional Procurement Manager for Warehousing at Nestlé Global Procurement, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the category strategy for the 3PL Warehousing spend in scope by using strategic sourcing processes, tools and policies, as well as working closely with the Nestle Corporate & Zone Logistics functions to drive the implementation of the category strategy, support innovation and drive standardization processes.

How you’ll make an impact as a Regional Procurement Manager - Warehousing

  • Define and align with key stakeholders the global category strategy for the spend and drive the implementation process by working closely with the business and the local procurement organizations.
  • Implement key Strategic Sourcing processes, tools and policies such as Request for Quotations (RFQ), supplier management, standardization, aggregation.
  • Perform supplier market/category/supply risk analysis and develop Total Cost Ownership (TCO) models to identify improvement opportunities and implement them.
  • Introduce / develop new suppliers in close cooperation with the Logistics standard owners.
  • Negotiate supply contracts ensuring the most beneficial commercial agreements with suppliers in line with the category strategy and in collaboration with Nestrade Legal team.
  • Manage and lead supplier relations with key strategic suppliers under the category’s scope.
  • Ensure compliance with Nestlé's Corporate Business Principles, policies, and standards.

What will make you successful

  • University degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, or Engineering.
  • 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, ideally with a regional or global scope, ideally gained in Procurement of Warehousing or Logistics or within Operations in a 3PL company.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects, driving change, and demonstrating strong functional leadership.
  • Solid experience in category sourcing, TCO modelling, risk management, and Supplier Relationship Management (incl. claims management).
  • Strong interest in Automation, Robotics, and new technologies, with solid understanding and use of digital tools and AI.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence internally and externally with global suppliers.
  • Fluency in English is essential, French or German is a big plus.
