About the role: 

As an HR Business Analyst, you’ll be the critical link between our HR and IT teams, helping turn business needs into smart, scalable solutions. Working closely with stakeholders across HR functions and countries, you’ll dive into processes, uncover opportunities for improvement, and translate business requirements into clear functional requirements and actionable insights.

Rather than focusing primarily on system configuration, this role is about understanding how HR processes work, challenging how they can work better, and helping turn ideas into effective solutions. You’ll bring together process modelling, project management, continuous improvement, and technical affinity to help shape efficient and future-ready ways of working across HR.

Job Description

About your tasks:

• Act as a trusted partner to HR teams: Facilitate workshops, gather and challenge business requirements, and translate them into clear functional requirements for Workday modules and broader data and analytics needs.
• Turn processes into opportunities: Analyse existing HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and connect business needs with the capabilities of Workday and other tools and systems.
• Drive process change: Manage and support improvement initiatives from analysis through implementation, bringing together stakeholders across HR, IT and other relevant teams.
• Strengthen process quality and governance: Ensure HR processes are clearly documented in line with ISO standards and implement and maintain a central HR process repository together with Quality Management.
• Support compliance and internal controls: Contribute to internal and external ISO audits and implement and manage the HR Internal Control Framework (ICF), including the follow-up of findings and requirements.
• Help shape HR priorities: Support the HR Roadmap and broader governance, risk and reporting activities, ensuring alignment between HR teams, the Workday team and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications

About you:

• You bring a collaborative and stakeholder-focused mindset, with the ability to work effectively across HR, IT, Quality Management, Audit and other teams.
• You are comfortable turning priorities into action, coordinating process optimization initiatives and keeping different stakeholders aligned around a shared roadmap.
• You have a solution-driven mindset and enjoy working with HR Business Partners, AI and Data experts to turn insights into better decisions and processes.
• You combine business understanding with technical affinity, enabling you to partner effectively with Workday or other technical teams and translate business needs into high-quality solutions.
• You have a strong eye for quality, governance and compliance and are comfortable working with frameworks such as ISO standards and Internal Control Frameworks (ICF).
• You communicate clearly, challenge constructively and are confident navigating a cross-functional and international environment.
