How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Supporting the project realization with focus on the subsequent operation and maintenance of all bulk gas analysis systems located at the customer site in Dresden.

Collaboration in the project in the field of bulk gas analysis

• Technical definition of supplier packages to be assigned

• Request of offers

• Technical visits to suppliers to check manufacturing progress and delivery fulfillment

• FAT implementation concerned ordered analysers

• Installation support and commissioning or accompanying the commissioning (depending on complexity) of analysers & analyser systems

• Coordination and planning of OEM equipment training

• Qualification of high-purity gas supply systems

• Checking and completing device documentation (equipment, AKZs, P&IDs)

• Creating & maintaining equipment cards

Interface to equipment suppliers for the purpose of

• technical negotiation of framework agreements

• Procurement of spare parts

• Coordination of external maintenance work

• Troubleshooting

• Device optimisation

In the subsequent operation of the gas analysis installations additionally

• Operation, monitoring, maintenance and optimisation of analysis devices and systems, carrying out calibrations.

• Documentation of all activities in device cards/databases

• Carrying out qualification and release measurements in day-to-day business (Q-Hub) and in the form of measurement campaigns

• Troubleshooting for specification and control value violations (OCAP process)

Are you a match?

• University degree in Physical Science or Engineering

• Mandarin and English fluency is mandatory, German is beneficial

• ​Experienced in intercultural communication
• Experienced as a test technician analyst

• good user skills in MS Office/Google

• General knowledge of quality management and Quality assurance systems and knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949

• Strong organizational skills, excellent teamwork capabilities
