About the role

As Manager, Commercial Campaigns DE, you will shape how our commercial priorities come to life across Germany. By developing and managing an integrated annual campaign plan, you will connect business objectives, customer needs and supplier opportunities to create commercially effective campaigns across relevant channels.

This is a newly created individual-contributor role within Commercial Excellence. Reporting to the Associate Director Commercial Excellence, you will work closely with Marketing, CRM, Procurement, Category Management, Retail Media, Pricing and Product Data. Your ability to bring different stakeholders together and turn multiple commercial inputs into one coherent plan will be central to your success.

About your tasks

• Develop and own the integrated annual commercial campaign plan for Germany, translating business priorities, seasonal opportunities and customer needs into a clear campaign roadmap.
• Bring together Category Management, Procurement, Marketing, CRM, Retail Media, Pricing and Product Data to align objectives, responsibilities, timelines and deliverables.
• Turn commercial opportunities and supplier initiatives into coordinated campaign concepts that work across channels and contribute to growth, customer relevance and business performance.
• Build productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, using regular exchange and supplier visits to identify new opportunities and strengthen collaboration.
• Monitor campaign execution and performance, derive actionable insights and continuously improve the planning process, campaign quality and commercial impact.

Qualifications

About you

• At least four years of relevant experience in commercial campaign management, trade marketing, retail marketing, commercial planning, category management or a comparable consumer-facing environment form the basis of your profile.
• You have already planned and delivered integrated commercial campaigns.
• Coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives is one of your strengths. You create alignment between stakeholders, maintain momentum and turn different priorities into a realistic plan.
• A strong commercial mindset allows you to connect customer relevance with supplier opportunities and measurable business outcomes. Analytical thinking and confident decision-making complement your execution focus.
• Professional fluency in both German and English enables you to communicate effectively with local and international stakeholders. A relevant degree in business, marketing or a related discipline is welcome.
