Security Coordinator (m/w/d) - Munich

Deine Aufgaben

• Coordinate on-site security operations, including CCTV monitoring, access control systems, and visitor management
• Manage security incidents, alarms, and escalations, while supporting investigations and incident reporting activities
• Act as a key point of contact for a high volume of international visitors, including senior leadership and C-level stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, security vendors, law enforcement agencies, and other key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with corporate security policies, procedures, and operational standards while supporting security-related projects, audits, crisis management initiatives, and business continuity programs

Dein Profil

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate Security, Security Operations, Industrial Security, Security Control Centers (GSOC/NSL), or a comparable security environment
• Hands-on experience with CCTV systems, access control solutions, visitor management, alarm monitoring, and incident response
• Experience as a Security Coordinator, Security Supervisor, Security Specialist, or a similar security-focused role is highly desirable
• Customer service is in your DNA. You enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, interacting with people at all levels, including international visitors and senior executives
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a structured, flexible, and solution-oriented approach. Professional fluency in English, a valid driver's license, and willingness to support a 24/7 security operation when required
