CRM Loyalty Coordinator (f/m/d)

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• <span>Drive the effective use and continuous improvement of CRM systems in line with the customer relationship strategy, ensuring the availability of relevant, consistent and high-quality customer data across all PCEE markets.</span>
• <span>Support the rollout of new CRM systems and functionalities, including rollout planning, data migration, user training, testing and quality assurance.</span>
• <span>Coordinate the Customer Churn Prevention program across the PCEE region by acting as the central interface between Porsche AG and the PCEE markets, while guiding, supporting and monitoring the development and implementation of market-specific prevention measures.</span>
• <span>Monitor and report on Customer Excitement and customer satisfaction KPIs, with a focus on the Porsche customer satisfaction strategy.</span>
• <span>Initiate and manage customer research projects, generate customer and competitor insights and identify business potential across the PCEE region.</span>
• <span>Support Aftersales teams in the development and implementation of customer loyalty and retention campaigns.</span>

Fixed Temporary 12 months Contract

Qualifications & Competencies Requirements:

• <span>Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Business Administration (or similar)</span>
• <span>Preferably some professional experience in a customer relations environment</span>
• <span>Enthusiasm for Customer excitement and absolute Customer-oriented perspective</span>
• <span>Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working characteristics</span>
• <span>Strong analytical and conceptual skills</span>
• <span>Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English, German is a plus</span>
• <span>High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel</span>
• <span>Good skills in database management appreciated, experience with SAP is a plus</span>
• <span>Excellent presentation skills & techniques</span>
• <span>Positive and self-confident personality to deal with dealer management</span>
• <span>Ability to work simultaneously on various projects in a highly dynamic and intercultural environment.</span>
