Senior Vice President (f/m/d) Global Sales, Marketing & Transformation

Our client is a leading global provider of electric driven machines, components and digital service solutions for industrial applications. Headquartered in southern Germany, the company employs more than 10,000 people worldwide and operates in around 50 countries. Its products and solutions serve customers across industries including chemicals, energy, mining, oil & gas, water management, and manufacturing. As part of its continued strategic development, our client is seeking an exceptional executive to lead the global commercial agenda of its main product division. The position offers flexibility regarding the primary work location by mutual agreement. Regular international travel (approximately 60%) as well as frequent presence at the German headquarters are required.

As Senior Vice President (f/m/d) Global Sales, Marketing & Transformation, you will own the global business strategy of the division with several thousand employees and lead the transformation of its international sales and marketing organization towards a best-in-class operating model. Reporting directly to the Division President, you will shape and execute the go-to-market strategy, drive order intake, revenue growth, pricing excellence and cash collection, accelerate profitable growth and position the company as the preferred partner worldwide. More than a sales leadership role, this is a transformation mandate. You will build an integrated operating model, embedding customer-centricity, commercial excellence, and data-driven decision-making across all regions. By strengthening funnel and pipeline management, pricing discipline, CRM adoption and performance management, you will create the foundation for sustainable growth while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability and execution.

We are looking for a sales-driven executive with a degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline and a proven track record of leading global B2B organizations in an industrial environment. You have successfully delivered sustainable growth with technically sophisticated products and solutions. You combine deep expertise in commercial excellence, pricing, forecasting and complex project business with an entrepreneurial mindset, strategic vision and strong execution capabilities. Your analytical, data-driven leadership style, international stakeholder management skills and ability to inspire high-performing teams make you a trusted transformation leader.
