What you can expect
Are you looking for your next career move as a Customer Support for Healthcare?
In this role, your main mission will be to manage clients’ requests. These requests concern the use and proper functioning of a medical device.
What you'll do
As a Customer Support for Healthcare, you’ll assist with any questions and concerns regarding the product;
Inform and educate customers about the functions of the device and safety;
Support customers regarding questions about shipping, return, exchange policy and payment transactions;
Actively participate in the optimization activities related to all customer service processes.
What you'll need
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German;
Good level of English written and spoken (C1 level);
Willing to start an international experience – work abroad;
Able to handle sensitive information as a Customer Support for Healthcare;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Team spirit;
Experience in telephone customer service (preferred).
