Together with the management of Neumann Kaffee Gruppe, we are looking for you as IT Architect (m/f/d) in Hamburg with flexible home office arrangements.

At Neumann Kaffee Gruppe, a leading global green coffee service provider, internationality and diversity with around 3000 employees in 26 countries meets the corporate culture of an independent family business.

The company is undergoing a global digital transformation process with the introduction of MS Dynamics 365 F&O. As an IT Architect you will have a large decision-making scope and significantly impact the overall company-wide architecture!

Tasks

  • You are responsible for the definition of company-wide application, system, and architecture and conceptualize these in actual/target scenarios
  • You will select new software products and applications in line with efficiency and scalability, set technical standards, and carry out make-or-buy evaluations
  • You manage the architecture holistically, develop risk management strategies, and establish KPIs to measure the status of the infrastructure and solutions
  • You manage implementation projects and teams, develop detailed project plans in collaboration with the project managers, and are responsible for monitoring and evaluating project performance
  • You work closely with the Head of Global IT and the project teams and are in regular contact with the Executive Board

Profile

  • Completed studies or a comparable qualification in the field of (business) informatics, paired with at least three years of professional experience in the field of IT architecture
  • Proven expertise in the field of technical/solution architecture as well as know-how in common state-of-the-art tools, languages, and methods (e.g. ITIL)
  • Experience in handling cloud solutions and ideally with MS Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Basic knowledge of networks and security
  • Excellent knowledge of English (C1) and experience working in an international environment
