<span><span>Position Summary
</span>
<span>Channel Sales & Coffee Operations (CS&CO) is part of our Nestlé Professional Business to Business food service arm. Specialising in Out of Home beverage solutions, CS&CO offers an unrivalled portfolio of fantastic & renowned brands including our primary brand ‘We Proudly Serve’ STARBUCKS and also NESCAFÉ, and SEATTLES BEST COFFEE. Operating in the exciting out of home marketplace, CS&CO has ambitious objectives and is a growth driver for Nestlé. The team’s aim is to inspire fast paced, profitable growth with our business partners, through the delivery of branded beverage solutions, executed brilliantly. <span><span>We have an exciting opportunity for a talented D2CCoffee Operations Support </span><span>to join our team to contribute to Coffee Solutions growth by delivering excellent in</span><span>‑</span><span>store execution across D2C customer locations.</span></span>

<span>You will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock management, consistent brand standards, high machine uptime and compliance with cleaning and operational routines, to maximise customer satisfaction and commercial performance across the Nestlé Professional coffee portfolio.</span>

<span><span>Your impact</span></span>

<span>Your key responsibilities will include:</span>

  • <span>Ensure NP D2C machines are up and running with minimal downtime </span>
  • <span>Ensure all customer locations receive accurate and compliant stock counts. Review variances, identify trends and ensure timely escalation and corrective action</span>
  • <span>Deliver Nestlé Professional brand standards across all D2C site; Act on audit findings, customer feedback and execution gaps</span>
  • <span><span>Verify and coach correct cleaning routines at customer level; monitor repeat non</span><span>‑</span><span>compliance and intervene where required. Support uptime through basic troubleshooting and effective escalation</span></span>
  • <span>Ensure all field activity is reported accurately and on time through Project MORE systems; using data to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities</span>
  • <span>Liaise with any other internal and external stakeholders that support or impact on performance delivery</span>

<span><span>Your ingredients for success
</span>
<span>To be successful in this role, you’ll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have previous experience in a sales support or operations role. You’ll be results-orientated and have a proven track record for consistently exceeding business objectives.</span></span>

<span>You’ll also have:</span>

  • <span>Strong organisational skills, be highly motivated with a positive attitude</span>
  • <span>The ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships</span>
  • <span>Experience contributing to cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders</span>
  • <span>The ability to deal with ambiguity and to work autonomously as well as part of a team</span>
  • <span>Experience of delivering consistent performance through others</span>
  • <span>Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade</span>
  • <span>Problem-solving and planning skills and able to work under pressure to manage a fluctuating workload</span>
  • <span><span>Have a full, UK driving license and be willing to travel to key customer locations in the North East</span></span>
