Arbeitsatmosphäre
Generally good for a remote company. If you do good work people actually tell you and there is thing called "Value Captain" which is a shout out in the all hands meeting. Actually feels pretty appreciative. The line managers though could do a bit more in valueing contributions, but this probably also depends on who your manager is.

A lot of work to do. But the better you organize yourself, the better it gets and my manager is very supportive when we talk about that.

I can grow in my expertise and role, but especially when it comes to continuing education, this not really present by the company. But when you are proactive about it it works good.

Compared to my job in other companies I earn slightly more than the business average does.

Most things and paperwork happen digitally. But what when it comes to things like "Flyers" and so on, that is just way too much.

The best thing about Jodel. Great colleagues and friends. Even if working remotely, you have the chance to meet up in Offsites and events. Always great times.

I am happy with my manager and also with the leadership of the company. Can´t complain. Especially the new Co-CEO was a great addition.

I have everything I need. Nothing special but works fine.
Kommunikation
In my opinion very transparent. There is monthly business updates in which every team shares, what they are working on and how it is going. Now you also get to know if things go bad, but I actually like that transparency. It is also possible to join any team channel in slack if you are interested in what they do and communicate.
Face to face communication is very remote friendly and therefore efficient for me personally.

Yes, everybody is treated equal. Generally the teams are very diverse.
Interessante Aufgaben
A lot of things to do, but the tasks are not repetitive and you have the freedom to share your own ideas and make them projects to work on. You have to take the initiative yourself though, but overall I can work on very interesting things. Sometimes that leads to a lot of work.
