Everyone is so friendly and people geniunely cares about each other, the work culture is one of the best i have experienced or even when talking with friends who work for other companies.
One of the main reasons i chose to stay in join is whenever i needed any help everyone is willing to help wether personally or in work which i highly appreciate.
Join is a startup and require startup mentality where you go all in to make it work and this makes everyone energtic and willing to give their best

Few past hiring mistakes where some people were hired and they didn't fit the culture or were not willing to do proper effort to make the company successful.
Luckily those days are gone now and the quality of hires are much better
