Verbesserungsvorschläge

I am sharing my experience as a warning to prospective employees, especially those from international or minority backgrounds.

I completed 5.5 months of my 6-month probation period at justtrack (Applike Group) with consistently positive formal performance reviews and praise from my manager. However, in my final month, the environment shifted from professional evaluation to personal intimidation.

I was told my performance was not the issue, but rather how I "socialized." My continued employment was made dependent on "making a director happy" on a personal level, rather than meeting goals. I was subjected to unsubstantiated allegations regarding my personal character—such as being accused of "faking" an illness because I did not attend a voluntary Halloween party, and being told it was a "red flag" that I used designated phone booths for focused work.

When I reported these incidents of intimidation and harassment to the corporate Integrity & Compliance department, the company moved to terminate my contract just two business days later (4 days before end of probation), before the compliance investigation could even begin.

My recommendations to management:
- Stop using the threat of "immediate termination" as a management tool to force social conformity.

- Adhere to your own internal "Probation Procedures" regarding formal meetings and documentation.

- Train leadership on the difference between objective professional performance and subjective personal bias.

- Foster an environment where reporting harassment to Compliance doesn't result in immediate dismissal.
