From Hamburg into the whole world, we help studios turn their marketing data into real decisions instead of just generating reports. Our platform brings attribution, in-app analytics, and ad revenue (IAA) measurement into one SDK and one data layer, built for gaming from the ground up rather than adapted from a generic marketing tool. Studios pay based on monthly active users and on how their game actually monetises.

I completed 5.5 months of my 6-month probation period at justtrack (Applike Group) with consistently positive formal performance reviews and praise from my manager. However, in my final month, the environment shifted from professional evaluation to personal intimidation.
I was told my performance was not the issue, but rather how I "socialized." My continued employment was made dependent on "making a director ...
