Exciting Tech Company in HH on a great path!

Arbeitsatmosphäre
I see and feel an international vibe with great experts from across the world. There are several occasions a week where we all huddle together, align formally & informally. Anyone I am approaching is very positive & always eager to support. Some colleagues are with the company for many years, others are just starting. That is really helpful!
Work-Life-Balance
I actually love the hybrid approach at justtrack with three fixed days in the office a week. Am always looking forward to these & know that I will be able to simply connect on topics „over the table“. Also: having a gym as part of the office makes my life a lot easier. Especially as several, great courses are available during the week..so I do not need to remember my training plan & can just crush it..
On the other hand I love the ability to work from home during the other two days a week…to work on focus topics, take time to think/test on topics, etc.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
All colleagues I have been in touch with, always cared. There is a big wish to bring justtrack to the next level as an aligned team.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Great office, great equipment, great Gym, great support wherever I asked.
Kommunikation
Both formal & informal talk is really helpful. Most importantly I feel that any input is very appreciated & actually considered where valuable for the team & company.
Gleichberechtigung
Although I wished we had more female leaders, I acknowledge the fact that currently the unbiased status is not 100% satisfying. Still I feel that everyone has the same chances & support.
Interessante Aufgaben
We work in a buzzing industry, interesting tech stack, etc. So. Yes!
