Several old Worker had to leave after 11 years with limited contracts, now they are 40 and 50 and are suffering, looking for jobs.

They do not pay equal and they try to pay as less as possible and put people, in particular scientists under pressure with very short limited conracts, espec. women and foreigners.

They suck years from your life and then through you out. I lost many great colleuges because of the policies of the HR department and weak head-offs in the departments. The Professors are not respected by the HR or the Compliance Office, when they sayy their openions...That is what I witness several times now when it is about international evaluations...
