Work-life balance is very good. There is remote work, no pressure for working overtime, booking vacations has no obstacles, and in general it is easy to adjust your schedule sometimes to get some personal issue solved in the middle of an afternoon.

Salaries are pretty bad, well below market averages, and there are no bonuses.

Nothing special. There is a periodic action to clean the Rhine banks.

This can vary by team. In my experience, colleagues had a very nice and friendly attitude.

That can vary a lot. I worked with great managers and head of products, but also witnessed some very bad decision making by some managers.
Arbeitsbedingungen
We receive very decent homeoffice equipment. The tech stack is very well developed and maintained, which gives you lots of opportunities for learning and keeping tech skills up to date.
Kommunikation
Most communication happens through Slack, which is pretty convenient. Colleagues are in general easy to reach.
Interessante Aufgaben
Tasks are sometimes run-of-the-mill stuff, sometimes experimental ideas that someone came up with and could be turned off at any point, and on rares occasions actually interesting and useful projects.
