A recruiting process is an exchange not a monologue!
Candidate should present itself.
BUT the company should also present itself and what are the job specifications.

No information received about the company and future perspectives and strategies.
My question was not taken into account. No answer received.

Nobody talked to me during the interview... Nobody tried to make the company attractive. Zero small talk, zero effort to make discussion pleasant, poor body language, no fun in discussion, unpleasant atmosphere during interview, several persons sending texts, and "playing" on their smartphone during the interview!

The only questions during the interview were to get my contacts and my network by the customers.
What I refused to give.

Company should be more invested in their recruiting process and understand that they also have to make their own entity attractive, if they want to find new employees.
