I have been at KI performance for several years and since that time i have developed my knowledge and experience further.
However not all former colleagues have experienced the same. Before you read some of the earlier negative comments, here is an objective overview from someone working hard to upskill themselves and blocking the noise around them.
KI performance is a Data - AI consultancy. We are lucky enough to be one of the few niche consultancies to have access to modern technology within the DACH region and be a trusted partner of both Microsoft and Databricks + Clickhouse. ( i would know as i have interviewed myself with other consultancies that do not stack up to the type of projects we have)
my colleagues are upskilled and certified on all courses that are necessary to add value to their projects. These certifications are paid for by the company.
Career growth and seniority is not measured by years of experience but by how well you are able to add value and knowledge to your projects and build something the customer actually wants.
With the emergence of AI and like other consultancies, if you are not able to prove that you can execute on the project then it is hard to level up your salary.
If one does their due diligence, one can see previous alumni of KI performance / KI group on Linkedin with titles such as:
- Managing Director at an Ecommerce giant
- Head of Product at a Unicorn
- Assistant to Board Director at a Mobility Enterprise
- Resident Architect at a Tech Vendor... and more
Each of these people have gained valuable experience at KI performance and alot of our tech people have left for our clients which reinforces the relationships we have with them.
Therefore the company provides a platform in order to work with and network with skilled professionals.
