Kollegenzusammenhalt
The colleagues are great and very helpful, some great people and professionals there. I really do not understand what they are doing there as they could have something so much better with their skills.

Generally you are flexible in defining your day and where you work from, but there is still a pretty clear expectation for you to be at the office 3 days a week, does not matter whether it makes sense for your current project and set up or not

Interessante Aufgaben
Some projects were fun and you get to work with some interesting companies. However, how the projects are stuffed and planned is a pure disaster - important is to get work somehow done, patch holes here and there and send invoice to a customer.
