The CXO/ domain leads should adopt to regional circumstances, otherwise the good staff will continuously leave and the customer experience will deteriorate until the company loses at least the DACH market due to no response and bad management

People from outside are hired instead of capable people inside promoted

Some superiors have no manners nor decency

I recently came to the conclusion that decency and manners do not seem to count any more for superiors, nor does operational knowledge acquisition in a suitable time.

when starting there, friends told me that they get warnings to pay although they did, as customer and bigger merchant which does not surprise me any more as employees are flooded with tools for every process, colleagues are tranferred to other departments without a successor in place.

From what I witnessed, four leads were hired recently from outside, nobody promoted internally
