Your employees are your biggest asset. Treat them as employees and people and not as fans and sycophants. Be more compassionate towards employees and their personal challenges. Stop the hire fast-fire fast policy. Through your long and arduous interview process, ensure good team fit. Don't just put people in teams where their background and skills don't fit, only to fire them within a few months. You say, 'We will set you up for success ', but there's no adequate support from you in terms of any proper onboarding, and you're setting them up for failure. Don't play around with people's livelihoods and careers.
