This is not a place to stay at for longer than the first 2-3 weeks of your probation period once you realise what a disaster this office is.

Lies mixed with passive aggressiveness. Unbelievably toxic local leadership.
Work-Life-Balance
As Switzerland is an afterthought to an afterthought and the local management is always on holidays, or pretending to work on some urgent tasks, you end up working max 3-4 h per day.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
People are generally ok but there is a fair amount of backstabbing.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Minus 5 stars. Local management had cases brought forward to HR for abuse, lies and negligence. All were magically resolved by his manager who is also his close friend.
Kommunikation
None, zero. You have to learn everything yourself from 100s of slack channels.

None, you are here just to execute what the company tells you. Experience and creativity are not welcome. You are forced to stick to the script in everything you do.
