The atmosphere in the Filiale is the best ist ever been. Its a pleasure to get up and go to work knowing that the Team you have are a great mixture of employees in all age groups.

There are various forms of communication which the Rosengarten uses, from internal emails, messages and programmes to external FB instagram etc etc very Modern and fast moving parts.

Work-Life-Balance
The work life balance has improved, we work in 3 different shifts, ofcourse there are times where we work over time especially when a number of colleagues are ill, holidays etc etc , the big word is flexibility, fairness. The weekend work comes pretty much 1 every 8 weeks, unless you wish to do more.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The firm has grown so much over the last 10 years since ive been there, this also includes the way we are looked upon and spoken to by the Management. Its a family and thats how we are treated. In our office we now have an office manager which makes things alot easier.
Interessante Aufgaben
The job itself is for me personally very satisfying , on one side we are there for the bereaving pet owners and on the other side we are there to give their pets the best send off we can .

Arbeitsbedingungen
The work area is always kept clean and tidy as is expected, the work vans are new and modern and fully equipped with every thing we need. We have 2 separate buildings ( office and work area)

The Rosengarten is always moving with the times and this also include the removal of plastic and using reusable items
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The Rosengarten has definitely got a lot better, we have received alot of help with the energy crisis and they have now introduced a Christmas bonus. I do believe though there needs to be a bit of work done on the Hourly wage. To include fairness and transparency!!!!!!!!!

The image from the Rosengarten is very good and is always worked upon, however this image is only as good as the area offices.
