A senior leader in a prominent position appears to derive pleasure from manipulating and tormenting individuals, exploiting his power to apply undue pressure. He dangles career opportunities as bait, leaving employees uncertain and vulnerable, all while indulging in childish behavior. It trickles down. Blatant lies from senior people create a toxic culture.

In our company, middle management often resorts to bluffs and conceals their failures, prioritizing their own financial gains and career aspirations over genuine leadership, stalling projects and delaying SLT decisions. Their overcommitment, driven by personal greed, highlights the absence of strong, ethical leaders within our ranks. Please send someone from Global HR to restore order.
