I think it is a very bad message when employees start drinking during the day on the workplace... and even more concerning is, that this is a Dev Lead and no manager intervenes... There should be rules on when drinking alcohol is ok, and when not. And managers should make sure employees who drink during working hours, stop doing so....

It is really tough right now. Really stressful, a lot of preasure coming from above. Lot's of people are on sick leave for long periods. Some have burnout even. Not much support coming from management aside from mental health surveys...
Kommunikation
It is hard to stay up to date. Many silos and communication levels. Sometimes the official communication comes when already everyone learned of some news from collegues.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
That really depends. There are some collegues with really good culture and attitude. They organize pingpong events, taco tuesdays, etc.
Work-Life-Balance
I would say Knauf Digital is family friendly, taking vacation also is no problem.
But it is really hard to get the workload done in working-hours for a very long time now..... even weekends are not save.... it is just to much work
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Some are really dedicated. But most don't seam very involved, some don't even show up in the office - especially our CEO never shows up. It feels like they are not buffering any preassure but rather put it right down onto the shoulders of the team.
Interessante Aufgaben
I think the workload is not distributed properly. There are some teams really struggeling to deliver for our overall goals, while other teams are rather working on things of lower priority not necessarily contributing to our overall goals.
The work itself was quite interesting, but now we will be working on a Global Corporate Website for the next year and that is not what most people came for...
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
We all are in an economic downtime and inflation hits hard, but Knauf made record revenue, and still we did receive only about 5% raise - although inflation is about 7%....

I think the image of Knauf is good.
Not many people know about Knauf Digital, there isn't even a website for us.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
We receive Agile Trainings, and there is some budget available for training. However, career is not moving forward here if you are not an ex-business-consultant.
